The room was very nice and the staff was excellent. Very friendly the hotel was clean breakfast was nice and coffee was hot and fresh. If i stay in Houston again it will be here. The only thing I see that can be improved is the shuttle from the airport. I had to call to get them to pick me up. Needs to be put on website for customers to call ahead of flight.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room and bed were great. Upon arrival, I found a note on my door stating the property would be doing upgrades the week I was there and access to my room would be required by workers. When I called the front desk, the woman verified that was correct. I did express that wasn’t ok with me, I didn’t want workers randomly showing up and being in my room. The clerk became defensive and dismissive. It was rude and I didn’t appreciate booking a room and then showing up to the possibility of workers in my room. It felt like a pretty big ask. Just shut down what you need to renovate and don’t disturb your guests.

Spotless room no complaints what so ever plus 150 deposit refunded instantly once I checked out

- Room was in good condition, just my heat wouldn't work only the air - Smelled a little old in the lobby, like mildew - Bar was not stocked and could only pour shots
