“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. “The hotel was very nice. Had an excellent location straight across the street from the beach. Restaurants line the beach so you had dozens to choose from. The town had a very relaxed vibe. It was easy to get to from Palmer and we found the bus ride from the Port Sloller to Pollenca to be a great way to travel. The tram was a lot of fun too to go soller. We had no complaints and would gladly stay there again. We did not have a beach view, which would’ve been very nice. But that’s not the hotel’s……

"We had a very pleasant stay at the apartments behind the hotel. The area was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The views were lovely, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We experienced a Wi-Fi issue during the first night, but the hotel handled the situation professionally and kept us updated. The internet was fixed quickly the following afternoon, and everything worked perfectly afterwards. We truly appreciated the staff’s kindness, communication, and quick response. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
