“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. “Dieses Hotel ist einfach eine kleine Sensation. Das Team ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück ein Gedicht. Dadurch dass das Hotel mitten in der Altstadt ist, empfehle ich das Auto draußen auf den öffentlichen Parkplätzen stehen zu lassen und erst gar nicht ranfahren um die Koffer direkt vor der Türe abzuladen- die Gassen sind sehr eng. Wir kommen wieder 💕”
