"The owner reached out to me as soon as I made my reservation. I was able to text him with questions before and after our arrival. The staff greeted us and made sure we were comfortable for the evening. My kids loved that we were staying in a "castle". The experience is very different from staying in a traditional hotel. "Pro: Very well located. About 20 meters from the beach. The place and room were as advertised. The next door restaurants (both) are really nice and their owners make you feel like family. Con: breakfast wasn’t included (yet the listing said it was) and the parking facilities left much to be desired. In fact discovered someone gifted me with a fender bender / hit and run while parked there."

"The room was very spacious and clean. It was a little odd that there weren’t numbers by the door so you need to remember which room is yours but nothing too major. We had a late flight that day from Santo Domingo and Bartolomeo let us check out late and enjoy a full day at Las Galeras. Would definitely stay again if I were to return to Las Galeras!"

"Me and my family stayed at this beautiful hotel from 02/15/24-02/19/24. The apartment was spacious, clean with a breathtaking view of the Samana Bay. We were able to spot lots of whales out of our balcony!! The beds were cozy and clean. The breakfast was delicious.
