Overall great property and very clean. Super convenient location. Only complaint we had is after we checked in we found our toilet was stopped up and when we called to report it, they told us we could come get a plunger. Perhaps they misunderstood and thought we had caused the issue but we found it a little frustrating.

The breakfast selection was good and simple, and the area was kept very clean. The room was not as clean upon arrival, the toilet needed a better job done, otherwise we thought it was fine.

Staff was friendly and professional. Property was in good condition. The rooms feel a little tight but comfortable. The only issue we have was with the AC. It's loud and the room temperature is not consistent.

Check in was fast and easy. Rooms were clean with updated furniture. The kitchenette was convenient. Free breakfast was a bonus and much better than just pastries and coffee like in other hotels. Good seating area. Enjoyed the indoor pool. Overall our stay was great and would definitely stay here again!

Check in process was great thanks to a hospitable young man. Check out was weirdly invasive and harrassing. We had not one not two but three knocks on our door at 11:30am asking if we were checking out at noon. Each time we answered yes, but the knocks continued. Won’t have to worry about us returning since you wanted us out that bad, and we were very neat quiet and clean guests. So not sure why that happened to us.

The king size bed we reserved was a double at best. The pull out sofa was a futon. We did not get what we expected. It was only one night so we just put up with it. The staff was very good, the room and the hotel was clean and kept up, and the breakfast was very good.
