It’s a nice place but nothing special. It would be just an ordinary hotel if it wasn’t in Sag Harbor area. It was off the beaten path but an easy walk to town. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable but the hotel really doesn’t have many amenities nor is it anything special. It did the job for us but I did expect more of a charming place and I also would not have up graded to a harbor view since it’s a view from across a street. Like I said, nice but nothing special.

The rooms were quite dated, and the pool area as well. There were no food options for the evening. Nice breakfast though, and it was clean enough, but for the price, I expected more.

Our room was on the 2nd floor and the balcony overlooked the Sag Harbor Bay and the marina. We could watch the boats on the bay and the gorgeous sunsets. The staff were ALL EXCELLENT, kind and caring. We enjoyed our stay so very much. The only thing that was difficult was the traffic going anywhere and finding parking where you did not get a ticket.

Perfect location if you're visiting Sag Harbor and want just a short walk to all the restaurants and shopping on Main St. Staff was wonderful, parking was great, and the continental breakfast every morning was a perfect way to start the day. We had a harbor view room which was an absolutely beautiful vista to wake up to. Will be going back at The Sag Harbor Inn for sure.

The.Sag Harbor Inn was the perfect place to stay in Sag Harbor. It's location is walkable to shops and restaurants but it's still in a quiet location overlooking the harbor. The property and rooms are lovely - clean, well cared for, and every thing you need for a comfortable stay including small patios/balconies with comfy chairs to enjoy the views. While they don't supply shampoo/conditioner, (I always travel with my own anyway) the room had all other conveniences like a hair dryer and USB ports. One of the best parts was the additional vanity outside the bathroom where I could get ready away from the steamy bathroom when my husband showered. The continental breakfast included many yummy options and coffee/tea were available at all hours. But the best part of the Inn is it's people - kind and welcoming and quick to address anything that need attention. We will definitely be back to the Sag Harbor Inn!

The carpet and sofa/chair need to be cleaned! The rug smells dirty making it necessary to keep the AC on even when I was gone. The man working the desk at night was very friendly and helpful. Two days later, he still remembered my name. The day desk staff not friendly at all.
