“We kwamen aan 2 uur nadat we mochten inschekken en de schoonmaakploeg was net ter plaatsen. We hebben dus buiten moeten wachten totdat ze klaar waren. Het appartement is top gelegen en is op zich goed ingericht. Weliswaar is goed en de meubels aan vernieuwing toe. Bed viel letterlijk uit elkaar. Lamp stuk, deuk in tafel, gordijnen stuk. Muren vuil en kunnen lekje verf gebruiken. Vieze vlekken in slaapzetel… veel potentieel maar heeft echt wat liefde nodig.”

“Apartment was fine for one or two people, though bathroom needs an upgrade. Apartment is in attic at rear building and is not what is shown on website. View to courtyard is nice. Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling. The floor was covered in construction paper as there was work ongoing to replace pipe. One day water was shut off. There was……

“This studio is compact, but it was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Since I was in town for work, the size wasn’t an issue at all. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when needed. The location is ideal—centrally located with easy access to both iconic landmarks and public transport. It’s a great spot for a short stay!”

“Location is great, but we arrived late having booked for three people and there were only beds set up and towels for two. One of the PowerPoints was faulty and gave my daughter a bad electric shock, and the beds were not very comfortable.”

“This property is beyond 5 star! Beautiful, comfortable, large, staff was amazing, and stay was perfect. Wish we could have spend more days at location but it was already booked. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed! ”

“Great place to stay and see the fireworks for NYE. Just a one block walk to view the show and enjoy the crazy night. It is loud but expected on a day like that. Seems like it would be quiet on normal days. Added bonus with the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower right outside the apartment. The bathroom in the basement is as described and hard to get to if you aren’t pretty mobile. Otherwise good spot for our 1 night stay.”

“The owner was very nice and accommodating. Easy place to find and a great location to walk to Eiffel and the arch. Many great cafes, restaurants and close to the station. Only caution is that it is near a night club that closes at 1 am. The accommodations were great nice and clean, and everything you need.”
