“Room was clean, little dated and needs upgrading since we are in 2026. The reception floor was nice with beautiful and amazing artisan Moroccan design and furniture. Love it! Breakfast was amazing featuring a variety of food including a traditinal soup, tea and mssamen + harsha made on site 10/10. Staff are amazing. Blue (big) taxis go by the hotel which u can take for around $0.50 to downtown or opposite direction to martil (famous tetouan beach). For same price u can take yellow (small)……

“This was the worst and most frustrating experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, let alone at a St. Regis. I would have expected the highest quality service and food while I relaxed, but instead found myself with food poisoning, running around trying to serve myself, and leaving restaurants and bars early without eating or drinking after waiting hours for service. Even when I was finally able to place an order or receive service, 9 times out of 10 I was forgotten and never received what I……

“The rooms are nice, but if you are travelling there in the off season like we did, please note that they don’t seem fully ready to receive guests. The heat wasn’t working and while they tried their best to accommodate this, it still was a small issue. There was also no wifi as advertised.”
