Beautiful hotel, staff was great, great breakfast.

Very big room and very contemporary super bathroom. Good amenities in room. Didn't take breakfast. Would stay again.

I have stayed in several B&B Hotels all over Europe and this one was the worst! I would never stay again and it has made me question staying at future B&B hotels. Most of the staff was friendly and accommodating and the hotel is in the perfect location. That however is where the positives end. The hotel is filthy, with stains on carpets and furniture. The walls are chipped and heavily marked. The maid never changed my sheets or cleaned the bathroom my entire 3 night stay. The problem is, by the time she had cleaned the room and I noticed the hotel staff was unavailable as reception closes during the afternoon and after that the cleaning staff is gone for the day. Things are rusted and there was lots of mold in the shower. The furniture in the room had had rips in the fabric and light switches and handles were filthy because they have never been cleaned. The elevator was so nasty I didn't want to touch anything. Also, you could hear every noise that other guests made coming and going as you had to slam the door in order for it to latch and lock. The breakfast was not up to the brand standard either and due to the filthiness of the hotel, I refused breakfast. I would definitely not recommend staying in the hotel because it looks nothing like the pictures online.

I stayed at the hotel for two days while attending a family ceremony. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were especially helpful, accommodating, and polite. The breakfast was good and of reasonable quality. The only downside was the lack of amenities.
