Even though I only stayed one night, the experience was amazing. Meticulous attention to detail, making my stay a very memorable one. The food is incredible, whether you choose to dine A La Carte or try one of their very well put together Degustacion menus. Great selection of wine and they take great deal of pride in presenting the local Bordeaux region, its wines and local delicacies. Highly recommended.

stay here every time I’m in Bordeaux, and it has become my favourite hotel in the city. On my last visit, I accidentally booked a room in the separate building. It was charming and perfectly comfortable, but not quite the experience I had expected. If it’s your first stay, I would definitely recommend booking a room in the main building, where the rooms are beautifully designed and really showcase the character of the hotel. The staff are consistently excellent—professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming—which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. For me, it’s still the best place to stay in Bordeaux.

Such an amazing staff and service. The food is just amazing. The property is clean and well-maintained. We will definitely come back. Just be aware that when you reserve, you might not end up in the main building. They have other properties around the main building.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff

Outstanding luxury property in the heart of Bordeaux, right in front of the Opera House! I regularly stay in IHG properties, and these folks truly know what excellence in customer service means! Every one else should learn from them. Got an upgrade to a premium suite (thank you!), and the entire staff, amenities, bar, breakfast options were amazing! Can't appreciate the staff more than this! Will definitely recommend for a truly comfortable and luxurious stay!
