“Check-in and check-out can be a bit of a hassle. The security deposit feels a bit high, and it can take ages to get it back, especially if you don’t follow up. The amenities could be better, and the heater isn’t very effective at warming up the place. There aren’t any slippers provided. The bed is a bit of a disaster, and you’re likely to end up with back pain. For the price, you might find a better hotel in a better location. The location was good.”

“I would not stay at this property again. While the location is excellent, the apartment itself was uncomfortable and the management experience was frustrating. The unit receives virtually no outdoor ventilation, and during hot weather the apartment became extremely hot. There is no air conditioning, and the single fan provided simply circulated warm air. The floors were also very creaky throughout the apartment. Downstairs neighbors also smoke so the space gets filled with smoke if you open the……

“Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything……

“This was an amazing stay for a few different reasons. Our contact was very responsive. It is unit 7 with a very small stair case on the 3rd level. The bed was a very comfortable Queen size bed with a decent bathroom with good water pressure. The toilet was not part of the bathroom and really small but we found it just was typical Europe.
