There are very few homes that have it all, and 313 Ocean Point is one of those homes. Literal steps from the golf course and the ocean, you can access a community pool and one of our popular restaurants with a short walk or golf cart ride. Three bedrooms and three baths give you plenty of room to spread out.
A spacious king bedroom awaits to the right of the entry door after the convenient half bath. It has a deck entrance, as well as a huge bathroom. Also, on the main level, the well-stocked kitchen is ready for large family meals and boasts extras like an additional mini fridge and water cooler—the comfy living room with windows overlooking the golf course and ocean rounds out the level. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer numerous sleeping options. The right side bedroom has a queen bed and two twins, while the left side bedroom has a queen bed and one twin. A sizeable jack-and-jill bathroom connects them.

Also included in your rental are up to 9 guest cards! These cards are required to access all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. For current hours of operation, please visit our Hours of Operation page on the Resort site, as some hours adjust seasonally. Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.
Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all the essentials needed for a longer stay, including groceries, grab-and-go items, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike those of others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.

Fripp Island is an unspoiled treasure with two championship golf courses, five pool complexes, six pickleball courts, eight tennis courts, and three-and-a-half miles of uninterrupted beach. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also home to many whitetail deer and other unique wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
