Street noise was loud all times of the night due to older windows. Lots of noise from the floor above. Toilet was wobbly. Vending machine didn’t work and staff would not reimburse. Heavy perfume smell in lobby, not ideal for those with a sensitivity to scents. Dried blood stain in bedding (washed but none the less), only saw it on my last night and was grossed out. Staff was nice enough but the experience overall was less than expected. Owners prioritized aesthetic over practicality and safety - rooms have steps as you walked in that go down, at night this is difficult as you navigate from the bathroom to the bed, some form of lighting or glowing markers would be helpful. The shower is directly visible from the bedroom due to a glass pane, partial privacy is only possible due to curtains that are not double paneled or blacked out. Though the location is ideal to the Bell Center, public transportation, and a good nightlife, I'm not sure I would stay again. The highlight was the smoothie bar next door, called Tropé.

We really liked the apartment, it was nice and clean and comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a nice addition. We would definitely stay there again. One inconvenience was that the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn’t work.
