“Didn’t like the dirty stained sofa that I used as a sofa bed. The lobby bathroom wasn’t very clean. The manager at night seemed annoyed that our keys wouldn’t let us in the room. He did fix them. We like the location of the hotel which gives us quick assess to get to WVa or home to NC”

“The staff were very helpful. They adapted to a Hilton wide computer outage, checking us in with pen & paper rather than having us come back to the desk later.
They moved us when the tv went out in our room. After moving furniture to get it working again.”

“The minimum expectation of going to a hotel room is it to be clean and there is no mold in the shower. This hotel did not meet the goal. The smokeless room had a bad odor, bought a scented candle to cover up the smell. After traveling 12 hours from the West coast to Marietta, the first thing one wants to do is take off their shoes. My white socks were awfully brown from the dirty carpet only after 15 minutes. Housekeeping did not make the bed daily and/or provided fresh towels one day. It……
