We really love it, and the staffs were just been too nice to us. The room were a bit small, but enough. And very close to the beach, restaurant and the super market.

What a pleasure to be a guest in this charming hotel. Perfect location near the tram with lots of places to eat. Our host made us so welcome. Breakfast was superb, the garden enchanting. The effort and care put into the property and your stay is apparent. Parking available- do let them know in advance if you require a space. With all the giant hotels flooding Nice, this is a restored gem. So much of the original details have been preserved and beautifully complemented with the necessary modern touches throughout the property. Bathrooms are spotless. I recently booked a Superior Double Room with Balcony at Chateau Eza Hotel through Expedia, expecting to enjoy the beautiful sea and mountain views as shown in the hotel's official photos and Expedia’s listing. Based on these images, I was willing to pay EUR 590.40 per night for this experience. However, upon checking into my room, I was extremely disappointed to find that at least six large sun umbrellas were tightly positioned together, completely blocking the view from the balcony. This significant obstruction was nowhere reflected in the official images or booking platform, making it misleading and unfair to guests who travel far and pay a premium for an unobstructed view. This misrepresentation is deeply frustrating and does not align with the expectations set by your advertisements. I kindly request a compensation or a resolution, as I believe transparency and accuracy in hotel listings are essential for customer trust. Additionally, I would appreciate clarification regarding how such misleading representations are addressed to prevent future guest dissatisfaction. I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter.
