Well appointed, it opens onto a beautiful terrace without opposite and can accommodate up to 7 people. You will love its location near the Pourrousset beach and all amenities. We look forward to welcoming you ! \## Logement Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it includes: \- two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed, one of which has a small balcony; \- two bathrooms; \- an open and fully equipped kitchen \- a dining area ; \- and a living room area with a sofa bed. You will particularly appreciate the furnished terrace with a magnificent view of the sea where you can enjoy your aperitifs in peace and quiet! The following equipment will be at your disposal: Wifi, Baby bed, Parking, Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven. Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost. One of the assets of the apartment is its location. It is located : \- 100 m from all shops: (supermarkets, stores, presses, lotos, tobacconists, bars, restaurants, etc.) ; \- 800 m from the access to the beach with free small trains from mid-June to mid-September. You will stay in a village residence with : \- 5 swimming pools, one of which is heated; \- a laundry and grocery store; \- several tennis courts; \- playgrounds for children; \- shuttles to the Dramont beach, \- and a water park with several pools (accessible free of charge with the cards provided). There is also a wide choice of additional activities in the village: \- hammam, spa, whirlpools at the Esterel Center ; \- fitness room ; \- multi-sport field; \- equestrian center and pony club \- golf ; \- petanque and ping pong; \- tennis and paddel ; \- sports activities; You are welcome ! \## Emplacement Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town and a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city offers a great diversity of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the various ports and beaches. The city extends over 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the borders of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, waterside walks, as well as a maritime archaeological museum.
