Accommodates up to 8 people, perfect for family or group stays.

Practical Information:

Household linens: Included in the rental (not renewed during the stay). On request, renewal can be arranged for €180, payable on-site.
Pool towels: Available for rent upon request for €5 per towel per stay.
Access: The villa has stairs, which may not be suitable for individuals with reduced mobility.
Parking: Two parking spaces on the property (low-clearance vehicles should take caution).
Dining tables: Seating for 8 people indoors and outdoors.
Internet connection: Fiber-optic Wi-Fi for fast and reliable connectivity.
Cleaning: Performed only before the tenant's arrival.
Pool maintenance: Performed once a week.

Check-In and Check-Out Conditions:

Check-in: Between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Check-out: Between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Upon your arrival:
Please contact Yohann Bolzan 30 minutes before your arrival. He will meet you at the Anthéor viaduct to guide you into the estate and accompany you to the villa. Yohann will introduce the property and provide you with two sets of keys.
Transparency and Management:

Ownership:

The villa is owned by SNC Solinvest, and Yohann Bolzan acts as a service provider mandated to promote and organize the stays.

Financial Management:

All transactions are managed by booking platforms (VRBO, Expedia, etc.). The funds are transferred directly to the owner within 4 to 7 days of the tenants' arrival. Yohann Bolzan does not manage financial transactions.
