You will enjoy a stay in the heart of nature while being close to the hustle and bustle of the Côte d'Azur. Located 18km from Cannes and Fréjus, 30 mins from Nice Airport and 5 mins from the A8 motorway exit. This rental has all the equipment necessary for the success of your stay. Our friends the animals are allowed but must be educated, clean and kept on a leash on the property. For the comfort of all, our accommodation is non-smoking. The offer consists of a 3-room apartment for 6 people (58 m2). The cottage has a kitchen area with ceramic hob, microwave grill oven, Refrigerator-Freezer, Dishwasher. A large master bedroom with a 140 cm bed for 2 people, bedside tables and storage. One bedroom with two 90 cm wide bunk beds. A living room with a spacious and comfortable bed, Table, Chairs, Wardrobe, Flat screen TV. A shower room with a heated towel rail. A dressing room and numerous openings complete this apartment. A private terrace with garden furniture is at your exclusive disposal as well as a solarium with a privileged exposure at the edge of the swimming pool reserved for rentals. The closed Parking is free as well as the Wifi Internet Access. A 9 kg washing machine in the common laundry room is available on request. Possible supply of sheets and linen, as well as toilet and cleaning kit. And of course the apartment is equipped to receive up to 6 people for dishes and kitchen utensils. The Massif de l'Estérel is a privileged place on the Côte d'Azur for several reasons. It is practically the only protected coastline between Menton and Toulon where nature has kept all these rights. From the magnificent coves of the golden cornice or the blue of the sea and the red of the rock mix up to the summit of Mount Vinegar culminating at 600 meters above sea level and bathed in 300 days of sunshine per year you will find there the same scent as in Corsica whose common rocks and drift date back to the Cenozoic. Located on one of the southern slopes, the Provencal village of Adrets de l'Esterel is the heart of this majestic massif. High place residential, it is acclaimed for its quality of life while being very close to the urbanization of the French Riviera. 3 km from the A8 motorway junction, Les Adrets de l'Esterel, are barely 15 minutes from Cannes or Fréjus, 30 minutes from Grasse, the world capital of perfumes, 5 minutes from Lac de Saint Cassien and from the villages of Montauroux or Fayence.
