In the district of Lac Aurélien, on the outskirts, 3 km from the centre of Vieux Fréjus, in a quiet position, 4.5 km from the sea, 100 m from the lake, 4.5 km from the beach. For shared use: natural state property, natural pond, swimming pool (23 x 15 m, depth 80 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 1 km, bakery 500 m, bus stop 180 m, railway station "Saint-Raphaël Valescure" 6 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 5 km. Sports harbour 4.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Saint-Raphaël 5.7 km, Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency INTERHOME in Port Fréjus, 4 km.
