Access to the centre was quick and easy. There is a supermarket very near, which made it great for taking advantage of the kitchen.

I would like a cleaner room, with no carpet. It smells and that's not good idea. Other than that it was A+

I had a very pleasant stay at Rose Hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, which was the highlight of my experience. The facilities were good and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth. The only downside was that there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quebec City.

La propreté des lieux non seulement dans la chambre mais aussi dans les passages et les aires communes. La location est excellente, tout est à proximité, centre d’achats, restaurants, épiceries, et banques Stationnement gratuit à l’extérieur est un plus. Personnel courtois et attentionné.

Personnel très serviable. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de pouvoir apporter nos vélos dans la chambre.
