Located in a residence with a swimming pool, this apartment is in close proximity to the town center, the beach, and shops. Fully air-conditioned, it features a spacious living area with a kitchen opening onto an 18 m² terrace, two bedrooms, a bathroom (bathtub), and a W.C. The apartment offers a pleasant, unobstructed view of the garden, the pool, and the hills in a peaceful environment. Private underground parking for one vehicle. Secure swimming pool. Wifi. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen optional (please specify the number of guests). Final cleaning fee €60\. Security deposit of €1,000 to be paid upon arrival. Tourist tax not included (varies based on duration, rental price, and number of adults). Utilities included. 25% deposit required. The apartment must be returned in impeccable condition, including the kitchen area and emptied trash bins. Keys must be returned to the agency by 10 AM on the departure day.
