"My family (2A 2C) booked this hotel for our first time and are very happy and satisfied with our 8days in Tokyo. Comfortable and around a 5-7 mins walk from Ikebukoro JR station from west exit. Alot of eateries and familymart/7-11 around to get items. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly! However, do note that they do not change bedsheets on a daily basis or make your bedsheet, they do this on every 3days. Towels can be requested to replace on a daily basis. What we like about this...

"*Very* cozy. Stating the place is small is an understatement. We were a part of 4 and it was like playing sliding puzzle whenever someone wanted to go to the bathroom, kitchen, or entry. You say this is part of the japanese cultural experience where a lot of things are very cozy. It was pretty expensive for the space but it is very clean, has everything we needed (except personal space), and very friendly service. I would recommend if you are a party of 3 or less and of average size."

"It really felt like I was living in Japan rather than living as a tourist!! The manager was sitting outside of the property and checked me in instantly. He also had an assistant who helped carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. You are given a key for your apartment unit and are responsible for not losing it. "The pros are the property is very clean, modern and the management was responsive and let us drop our suitcases off before check-in. The cons were we had to log out heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator), it was a bit of a walk to the train station & services.
