I will start in the positive: hotel so nice,clean,pool and beach are amazing ,food is delicious.
The negative : when I arrive to the hotel,they didn't recieve the book from expedia, I show them The confirmation number and receipt,they let me wait 1 hour and half, and when I talk in aggressive way that this not way to deal with cleint especially that not my problem whats happening between expedia and the hotel ,so they gave me the room.
2nd , when I was leaving, one employee asked me if I gave the key room to the reception and what is my room Number!!!! Is that normal? I didn't left from the main gate,I left from monoprix side since my nephew was waiting me that side. You ask all your cleints if they gave the key? You think im running away!!!!
In Overall its nice hotel ,just need to train staff about customer service and way of dealing with clients.
