It was nice..the food could have been better

The resort location, amenities, staff, room and helpful Expedia concierge representative. The staff and guests were friendly.

I stayed at the same hotel multiple times, ranging from the lifestyle presidential suite to the lifestyle crown. Overall, my experience was positive, although I don’t plan to return for a while. The menu offerings at the resort were quite repetitive, with minimal variation during my week-long stay, which made dining less exciting. The restaurants I visited were decent; the steakhouse stood out as the best option due to its quality and variety. The bar was quite average, serving typical drinks and limited atmosphere. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service at the spa. I was able to book two different treatments—such as a deep tissue massage and a hydrating facial—and the staff consistently provided professional and friendly service. If I were to award five stars to the resort, it would be primarily for the outstanding spa experience and attentive staff.

Its my 4th time visiting I love it. Love the treatment Joe and Randy gave us. Love the entertainment guys.. Made my BDay super special.
