“Be careful they said they had a promotion for the bubble rentals that included food. Once I got there in person, they denied it. I spoke to several people and no one would help. The venue blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the venue. Still working with Expedia to see if they can help with issue, but I am just told it was sent to support and I didn’t hear back. “I gave the property time to respond to our request for a partial refund, but unfortunately they never replied. The grounds were beautiful, but the service was extremely poor. It was very difficult to find staff for anything during our stay. No one greeted us for at least 10-20 minute on arrival, and throughout the visit we only had about 2–3 employees help us at all. The place felt like a ghost town. One of the most concerning parts of our experience was the massage service for my daughter and……

“The camper room wreaked of a horrible smell and fume which within 20 mins caused my girlfriend to constantly cough and gag then within an hour or two both of us had headaches and needed ventilation and outdoor air. They tried to accommodate us with another camper but by then we both felt extremely nauseated and refused to stay. On top of that I was told I couldn’t get a refund. ”
