College St; super easy walk to campus and Toomer's Corner - and shops, restaurants, etc. Property had real easy and abundant parking. SUPER nice apartment - all new and modern. Top of the line everything. Perfect for 2-4 people. Great communication with the owner. And - unlike other apartments in the area...quiet and peaceful!”
