"My family of 4 was so looking forward to staying in this Hobbit Hole and living out our LOTR fantasies. Sadly though, not even Bilbo would have stayed here. When arriving, the exterior of the hobbit hole was so beautiful and inviting, yet when we entered, that's when the heat of the Balrog hit us. We understand that it was a very hot day, but there was nothing to cool it down in there, not even a fan. We decided to open the one tiny window that could open to let air in and hoped that by evening...

"This property is awesome and very unique. From the large indoor pool with diving board, to the old time cassette player, to the beautiful views. Our group of 12 people slept very comfortably (almost every bedroom has its own bathroom) and had a lot of fun. Only negative is that the electrical system was not fully working throughout the house. Once that is fixed I would recommend this property to any large group (friends, family, mixture of friends and family) finding a place to stay."
