The beds are very comfortable. There was no complimentary shampoo or body lotion which I expect from a 4 star hotel. I also expect a glass rather than a paper cup in my room from a 4 star hotel .

Amazing stay. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and cleaned with great amenities. Breakfast is really good with a lot of choices. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend when you visit Lourdes.

The only good things I can say about the room is that it was clean and the location was good. We could not shower because the bathroom was tiny. We couldn't fit. We could hardly fit to use the toilet. The towels were tiny and thin. The twin beds were low and uncomfortable. The breakfast was just as spartan as the room. The hotel rates were low, but the condition of the room was lower. This hotel made our experience in Lourdes awful.
