The only complaint I have is that there were double charges pending on my credit card. It wasn’t a problem for me as I used a credit card and not a debit card. Had someone used a debit card there would have been a lot of money held up until the final charges were adjusted. We loved the hotel and staff.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located
The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. He regularly greeted us as we went in and out. The woman running the breakfast service was extremely helpful and went way beyond what would have expected her to do. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Only negative is that even with the thermostat set at 62 the room was too warm most of the night.
