Hi, this hotel was perfect for my stay. Everything was good...we had a very minor issue with the AC leaking some condensation on our floor but not out of control and for 1 time. Maintenance, corrected the issue.

Have stayed here several times, its clean, safe, accessible to stores and very convenient. Except this time, the pillows were not comfortable, the stumping from the room above us was too loud and I have to say I got a little terrified when a rat went under my feet when I was sitting outaide in the patio.. looks like they are doing something about it but was scary. Will to continue to book for now.

We booked 8 double queen bed rooms for a 3 night stay for our Family Reunion. Overall the stay was good. There were minor issues but the staff was very good for the most part at correcting and helping us on everything that we needed. On a couple of occasions the cleaning staff didn't get back to us on our request, like more towels or bedding changes, one time leaving the bedding outside the door with a note and another time we had to go get our towels from the front desk ourselves. I got the sense that the cleaning staff was a little shorthanded. Overall our this wasn't the first time we stay here and our stay was pleasant the staff was pleasant and we would book here again.
