The TV remote was non-functioning, they could find a spare so they had one taken from another room-it worked.
No safety “grab bars” in the shower/tub enclosure.
Sidewalks in front of the room were badly beat up and missing chunks of concrete, easy tripping hazard. Back alley was inhabited by n’er-do-wells sleeping up against neighbouring buildings under blankets overnight.
Hallway was busy with yelling occupants and……
