The property appeared nice enough, and the staff were pleasant, like all in Vanuatu. And location to town was handy. The water in lagoon is unable to be used(pollution we believe), hot water systems were hit and miss, and toilets were difficult to flush. Resort was basically located in amongst housing, which led to being woken early every day. Roosters crowing from 1 30am, cars with loud music entering and tooting horn when leaving, large number of dogs barking and fighting, and people basically having no sense of the noise they were making from around 4 30am every morning. And setout of apartments worked like an amphitheatre, so when 1 guest decided to party until midnight, it lead to no sleep due to being woken early also. And the resort wifi was nearly useless. I would not stay there again.

The staff really truly makes this stay amazing. They are so happy, so helpful, they made the stay great. The ocean views are fantastic and villas large and spacious. It is an experience to stay there. The island is a smaller island off the main island and there are no shopping centres, no TV no intent, nothing to distract you from total immersion into nature. Forest on one side, ocean on the other side, this resort was made for relaxation. We loved using the complimentary kayaks to explore the reef and the reef on the other side of the island was our favourite. Bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The chef made a great johlb adjusting dishes for my allergies, I notified the resort in advance about these and they were very helpful. The tuna steaks were amazing, never tasted fish so good.

Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again. We had another four days in Vanuatu and moved rather than sought to extend.

这个酒店在当地知名度不高，有些bus司机没有听过这个酒店，但是他们打电话问其他人，最后帮我们找到了。前台五点就下班了，所以要是晚入住的话，尽量提早跟酒店沟通。我们所住的房间应该是这个酒店最好的房型，非常满意，性价比很高。开始看评价很少，有点担心酒店不好， 但事实证明这个酒店（最起码是我们的房型，相当好）房间很大，装修布置都很不错，私密性也不错，开门就是湖，右边还有私人小“沙滩”躺椅。酒店风景也很美，在酒店就可以免费租用划船用具。服务也很好，就是蚊子有点多，但是瓦努阿图都是这样的。
