This amazing residence is composed of 31 luxury apartments from 40 to 110 m² and spreads over 3 chalets with a large balcony. Ideally located next to the bus stop you will be able to get easily to the Grand massif cable car, about 900m away. You will benefit from a privileged access to Samoëns 1600 ski area. For relaxation, the residence Alexane offers you a wellness center of 1000 m² with indoor swimming pool, children's pool, sauna, jacuzzi, hammam, frigidarium, sensory shower, fitness room... Surface area : about 60 m². Living room with bed-settee. Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200). Bedroom with safe, double bed (180x200), shower room, WC.
