⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay and an Unforgettable Birthday Surprise! 🇹🇭🎂💕 I stayed at The Quarter Hualamphong by UHG during my birthday trip to Bangkok, and I genuinely enjoyed my experience! First, I have to give a HUGE thank you to the amazing hotel staff for making my birthday extra special! They surprised me with beautiful birthday decorations in my room and even a birthday cake! 🥹💕 It was such a thoughtful gesture, and being so far away from home made it even more meaningful. It’s those little acts of kindness that make a hotel experience truly memorable. As for the accommodations, my room was absolutely perfect for my stay! It provided everything I needed to feel comfortable and relax after long days of exploring Bangkok. While I do think the hotel could benefit from a few updates and some modernization in certain areas, that honestly didn’t take away from my experience. The room itself met my expectations, and I was very happy with my accommodations. The location was also convenient for exploring the city, enjoying delicious food, shopping, sightseeing, and experiencing Bangkok’s nightlife. What really made this stay stand out was the hospitality and the effort the staff put into making me feel special. That birthday surprise will forever be one of my favorite memories from Thailand! To the staff at The Quarter Hualamphong, thank you for making my birthday so memorable! Your kindness and thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed. 💕 Would I stay here again? Absolutely! And I

The reception staff was excellent. I'll definitely be using your services again. People who are not gym menbers or hotel guests are using the gym. They come in when entranceis left open or when someone else opens the door.

A wonderful hotel—very clean, with highly respectful staff who address any issues immediately. A tuk-tuk service is available, dropping you off at the nearest BTS (skytrain) station. Being right in the heart of Bangkok is a major advantage.

The villa had an unpleasant smell, especially in the shower room, which smelled quite bad.

We had an amazing stay for our honeymoon. The hotel was outstanding. It is located in a very central area so it was easy to get to. As soon as we entered the staff took our bags and welcomed us with refreshments. They took care of the entire check in process. We were then guided to the tower club lounge for breakfast and the staff were able to find us a room to check into early. The room was a little old school but everything was very clean, all amenities were functional, and the cleaning staff came frequently. Our view from the 58th floor was also spectacular and the tower club access allowed us to have breakfast, a light lunch, and tea time. Not to mention their continental breakfast buffet was so expensive and delicious. Overall I am more then happy with our stay, they went above and beyond and it shows. I recommend this restraint to anyone who wants a real 5 star experience.
