This is a nice place, but they really, really, need to let folks know that this place is very remote and the road is very bad. "The experience my family and I had at Shana was exceptional from check-in through the check out. They treated us like VIP guests The rooms were super comfortable and spacious for our group of 5. Breakfast was quite an experience, surrounded by so much nature, beautiful views, and accompanied by white-faced monkeys, a delicious omelet station, tropical fruits, wonderful coffee, a 5-star service; Yasmin welcoming us at the restaurant, Javier who greeted us every morning with his smile and kindness, bringing our coffee, tea, and even recommendations for places we should visit during our stay. As for the Spa, I want to mention that I recommend Abigail 100%, very professional. The hotel has 2 pools, one just for adults and the other one for families. Overall, I loved Shana by the Beach, hope we can go back soon!!!!"
