"The hotel and staff were lovely. I did not give this a 5-star rating as I had booked transportation through the hotel from the airport to the hotel, and had received several confirmations. On arrival at the airport, did not find any car waiting for me. When I called the hotel, they had my booking but did not where where the car was. I would have to wait 45-60 minutes for another car to pick me up. I took a cab instead. When asked, the hotel they did not follow-up on their mistake."
