The room was very small and claustrophobic. It had that lingering smell of cigarette smoke from back in the day and didn’t feel clean.

The property was overall adequate, but the room we were given was noisy, even though I specified a quiet room. It faced the highway, and was not particularly clean. And while it says "Old Town," it is a walk to Old Town itself, so the name is a bit misleading.

The pool was good. The room was good except the bedding comforter was dirty -noticed at bedtime and in the morning g I told the front desk at check out they were almost indifferent.

Booked 2 nights here while visiting San Diego. The staff were all very kind and welcoming. My room, a single king, was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfy with lots of pillows. It was so quiet even being right by the elevator. I will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing wrong or that prevented me from enjoying my stay the important things were clean and standard. Just some small upgrades could be used. Our curtains had some tears. But otherwise a great stay. Very family friendly

The AC unit had a horrible smell and was extremely loud, there’s no room service, and the parking garage is so small and hard to navigate. The staff was awesome, just very old and small rooms. Not bad to crash for a night, but it’s certainly not very nice. Lots of bugs and dirt in our shower as well.

1. Extremely comfortable beds, slept well all 4 nights. 2. Very friendly and helpful staff that goes above and beyond. 3. Grounds, room, bathroom was very clean. 4. Simple and nice warm breakfast with healthy options like hard boiled eggs and nonfat yogurt and fruit. 5. Pleasantly surprised with amazingly quiet rooms, given the sold-out holiday and proximity to freeway. 6. Safe area, walked at night as female with teen daughter. 7. Easily walkable to old town shops and restaurants. 8. Price was fair.
