Check-in took a while at the front desk. The Concierge asked me to clarify if I needed an ADA accessible room and I said I didn't think so, that this was a business trip and an assistant had booked my stay. She then proceeded to ask me for my confirmation. When I couldn't produce it, she said she saw my stay in the system, but wanted to know if I really needed an ADA room and proceeded to give me an alternate room. The room I got was next to some fairly noisy people making phone calls in the hallway, there was someone else's hair in my room (carpets, bathroom, bed), the streaming channels didn't work on my tv, and the front desk button on my phone didn't work either.
