Room 11 is next to some maintenance room that had a constant noise all night. We stayed three nights and moved the third night to a different room that was quiet and comfortable. Property is in a great location. Staff are very nice. We ordered guacamole the first night and surprisingly we were told 20 min later that the avocados aren't ripe- we are in Mexico so a bit odd...

All of the staff members were nice and helpful. Their names were Angel, Daniel, Isidro, Erik. I have forgotten some staff members’ names. Hotel is in a great location, between Zócalo and Santo Domingo Church. Oaxaca is a safe place. We would certainly go back to Oaxaca and to the hotel, Suave Casa Boutique.
