"La habitación estaba sucia y sin ventilación ni luz natural, la “ventana” es un agujero que da a un patio de luces donde dan todas las ventanas de todos los baños (olor y ruido nauseabundos) NO HAY LLAVE, CERROJO, PESTILLO o similar en la puerta del habitáculo, es decir tu puerta está abierta de día y de noche a cualquiera. "We had a lovely stay at Occidental Roca Negra. The hotel is peaceful with beautiful, quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing. The spa and pool area were highlights, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only minor downside is that there isn’t much nearby in terms of shops or markets, but if you’re looking for a place to unwind and disconnect, this hotel is ideal."
