“Our experience at the resort was disappointing mainly due to poor maintenance and lack of staff assistance.
First, the swimming pool was not properly maintained. There were tadpoles and insects in the water, which made it obvious that the pool had not been cleaned for a long time. We were told to wait while they cleaned it, so we went to do another activity. However, when we returned, no one was cleaning the pool and it was still in the same condition, so we were unable to swim.
