This property exceeded my expectations. It provided a clean, well appointed, comfortable and affordable overnight stay. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Should I need another overnight in Iloilo I will return to this place.

There was a damp smell throughout the floor and the carpet was ripped in random locations with big patches missing. There isn't anything super special about this hotel to make it so much more expensive than the other 14 hotels I stayed at over the last year. My suggestion would be stay for 1 night to say you tried, but you'll see that spending more doesn't always get you more.

Staff’s are great! You can ask them directions of places you want to visit, they also recommend where you can try best food in town. The hotel is new and offer a low price compare to other hotels. Kudos! We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Loving the menu of their breakfast too!
