"Our family of 5 adults stayed here and it was lovely. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood that is easily accessible to the city. There are plenty of stores within walking distance to buy supplies, and if you have a car (which we did) there was somewhere to park it during one stay. The villa is decorated nicely and has everything necessary for a wonderful stay. There are several stairs to access the villa. This was fine for our group but keep this in mind. "The absolute worst experience we’ve ever had traveling. The home was disgusting! It hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The bathroom had hair all over the walls, garbage and toilet paper on the floors, the walls were full of smashed dead bugs & there was clearly a sewage backup in - the home smelled of sewage and filth. We tried reaching out to the management company for days - still haven’t heard back! Save yourself the trouble & book ANYWHERE ELSE!"

"This hotel is in a great location, very walkable to all the sites and restaurants. We didn't hear any noise from the market nearby or other hotel guests. Rachel the attendant at breakfast is AMAZING and made our stay even better. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I'm in Florence."
