This an apartment not a hotel so keep that in mind. Also the location of the apartment is not the location provided in the description so we had to walk an additional 10 minutes after checking in at the office which was not ideal with all of our luggage. However, the apartment was nice and located in a great location near the Ponte Vecchio bridge.

We stayed in the Classic 2 bed ground floor apartment on Via Camillo Cavour, on arrival we were a little concerned as the address we had appeared to be a school or business centre. However, at the agreed time a gent appeared through some ornate metal and glass doors at the end of the marble corridor and greeted us. He showed us through a courtyard dining area (part of the neighbouring café) and to our apartment which was spacious and clean.

From all the different spots we stayed at while visiting Spain and Italy this was by far the best! Great location and space, our kids loved it! the grocery store downstairs was super convenient, location is unbeatable! thank you for hosting us!

Disappointed

Location was excellent. Very close to restaurants and main attractions. Very noisy at night especially because our wooden shutters wouldn’t close completely to help with street noise. Initially booking was misleading as it showed an outside patio/balcony and our room provided neither. Bed was in a loft area with no night light provided to see your way to the bathroom at night. Overall disappointing

A great place to stay

This was a great apartment right around the corner from the Duomo. It had everything we needed, a very complete kitchen, a large bedroom, easy access. We loved it.

The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful in dealing with an airline-induced luggage situation: recommending close shops to pick up necessities and being available to receive the bags for us when they finally caught up.

Right next to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Prime location with lots of restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to every attraction. Lovely unit with well equipped kitchen and laundry amenity. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Their map provides discounted restaurants, and we tried few, and they're all very good, and we were given discount just by showing the map. The only draw back is it's a bit noisy at night. I would like to book their units again if I go back to Firenze.
