The hacienda is beautiful, it's quiet, calm and tranquil. I recommend to book the individual houses as they are much nicer than the standard room. You have a whole tiny house to yourself. The view is outstanding and the staff is super friendly

I loved the property and the service. However, they were always short on pool towels. The pool was dirty by the end of the week. The restaurant closes, on Tuesdays, which didn’t make any sense, but these are small things to fix. Overall, I’d stay here again! It’s a beautiful property.

The hotel is really nice, the pool has a nice temperature and is a relaxing place. The food on the restaurant is very good specially the sushi. The service at the restaurant with Alexis and Roberto was excellent but at the pool could be improved. I really recommend this hotel even though is outside downtown but you have hotel transportation to the city center.

Confort y excelente servicio.
El personal es muy amable y servicial, en especial los encargados del bar de la alberca, nos encantan las instalaciones, he tenido la oportunidad de visitar Hacienda Los Picachos en todas las estaciones del año y desafortunadamente el agua de la alberca esta muy fría, un aspecto a mejorar seria ponerle calentador.

The surrounding views around the hacienda where nice. Many delays to get service on a timely manner, from getting a taxi, to getting our food/beverages served.

Nice hotel, poor staff. Be careful if you arrive on a Tuesday, everything in the hotel is closed so you will no benefit on staying there. No no one will advise you of this. Also, there is no hot water in standard rooms, they argue the heater is solar so if no sun, no hot water. The standard rooms are really small, no way to accommodate two adults and a children.
