“This was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had.
The biggest issue was the lack of hot water. I stayed for 5 days and did not have a single proper hot shower. From the very first day I reported the problem to the front desk. Instead of fixing it, they came to my room hours later while I wasn’t there, turned on the shower in the afternoon, and sent me a video claiming there was hot water. I believe the building has a centralized water heater that simply cannot keep up with demand.……

“We had a wonderful couples stay at Nomu by Lumina in Roma Norte. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff was very kind and attentive, and we really enjoyed Café C on site. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants, cafés, and everything Roma Norte has to offer. There is some city noise, but nothing major and completely expected in a big city. Overall, a stylish, comfortable, and very well-located stay. Highly recommended.”

“Excelente el trato del personal, instalaciones, todo súper limpio, excelente ubicación. Amenidades que no ofrecen hoteles de este tipo como. Internet, pantalla de TV con Apps, sala de juegos, y sobre todo te ofrecen un pequeño desayuno que te ayuda bastante a empezar el día.”

“No es como sale en las fotos, no está malo pero parece que hay espacios divididos en el cuarto y no, ni puedes salir al balcón, la cocina está casi encima de la cama. Las toallas muy malas.”

“La ubicación del hotel y las amenidades fueron muy buenas. El único inconveniente es que la habitación que me asignaron en el piso más alto tuvo una filtración de lluvia que me despertó a la 1 de la mañana goteando en mi cara, siento que lo pudieron haber manejado mejor en cuanto a respuesta activa con el huésped pero como me vieron muy relajado no lo sintieron tan necesario supongo. Fuera de eso, todo bien.”
