"Probably the nicest villa we've stayed at in many years of coming to Italy; beautifully situated right on Como with a swimming dock that private boat rentals can also come to directly. There is easy access to town walking along a protected pedestrian pathway separated from the road. Feroza is a wonderful host, very kind, she left us eggs from her own hens, marmalade made from the fruit of her own trees, homemade cake and she was very helpful. "Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und der Vermieter hat unser Gepäck mit seinem (kurzen) Auto zum Haus hochgefahren. (Der Zugang ist wirklich sehr steil und der Übergang zur Straße ist nur mit hochbeinigen oder kurzen Fahrzeugen zu schaffen.) Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Stromversorgung per Solar war für Beleuchtung und Handyaufladen mehr als ausreichend, obwohl die ersten Tage keine Sonne schien. Gaskühlschrank hat bestens funktioniert.
