Went to check in at 5pm, entered same time cleaning people did. Therefore, we had to go find something to do until they were done. House had dog hair throughout. Washer was full of water with dirty linens. I emailed owner and all was received by a “that’s not good”. Won’t be renting again. Quite the lack of concern for us. Didn’t offer to make anything right.
