Johnson Ranch - ¡Ahora alquilando 2020! Nuestra espectacular casa totalmente amueblada se encuentra en la hermosa comunidad del campo de golf Johnson Ranch, que se encuentra en la base de las montañas San Tan y al sur de la montaña Superstition. La casa se encuentra en un gran lote de esquina sin vecinos en la parte posterior. Detrás de la casa hay un gran sendero para caminar y andar en bicicleta que recorre toda la comunidad de Johnson Ranch. Nuestra espaciosa casa de campo es de 1900 pies cuadrados incluye 3 dormitorios, dos baños y está orientada al norte. El impresionante patio trasero cuenta con una gran piscina, área de descanso en el patio cubierto con parrilla de gas de acero inoxidable, patio pavimentado al aire libre y un espectacular paisaje desértico. El interior de nuestra casa cuenta con un amplio dormitorio principal con cama king size y baño privado con bañera y ducha y un amplio vestidor. El dormitorio principal también cuenta con una oficina con hermosas puertas francesas. Las otras dos habitaciones tienen una cama king size y dos camas individuales (se pueden convertir en King). Ambos cuentan con bonitos armarios. El segundo baño completo se encuentra al lado de las habitaciones. La cocina está totalmente equipada con una barra alta, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. El salón cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana. Nuestra casa también cuenta con conexión wifi y cable. Otras características incluyen un garaje para dos autos y una sala de lavandería totalmente equipada. El Club de Golf en Johnson Ranch es un campo de golf de 18 hoyos con una longitud de campeonato, con más de 7100 yardas. Esta instalación contiene un campo de práctica para poner y picar, un búnker de práctica y un campo de prácticas de tamaño completo. El restaurante Terrace también se encuentra aquí. Nuestra propiedad vacacional se encuentra en el área altamente deseable de la comunidad de Johnson Ranch. Shannon was great to answer any questions both before our trip and during! She responded right away while we were there. This home (and it truly IS a home, not just a house!) is amazing! Very spacious, nicely decorated, there was everything you could need or want. The beds were comfortable. The sofa and loveseat were comfortable. Both bathrooms were so spacious. The backyard was beautiful! So much seating, there is even a gas grill and outdoor gas heater, neither of which we used, but it was nice to know they were available. The pool was beautiful, unfortunately the water was too cold to get in. We did, however sit on the edge and dangle our feet in!It was nice to have the garage to pull into every time we returned! The light bulb in the garage door opener could have been a lot brighter. You had to almost feel your way around the garage at night when you came home. There was an actual garage light that was quite adequate, unfortunately it didn't come on when you pull into the garage. We were instantly impressed with how clean and welcoming the property was when we walked in. The privacy with the ability to drive in and out of the garage allowed 2 female travelers to feel safe and secure. The high wall around the yard offered full privacy to the lovely yard and pool. The beds were comfy and clean as were the bathrooms. The location was in the middle of all the things we needed to do while we were there but far enough away from city hustle and bustle. The house was well stocked for cooking and even had a few supplies like coffee and filters which we gladly refilled, fresh ice made in trays, and some pantry items. Very much appreciated. Loved it and would go back in a hot minute. ##### Ardele N.
