This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.

Every moment of my stay was magical! The front desk was always so welcoming. I loved being here and would gladly return!

Great apartments in an old modernized Villa. Close to everything but in a quiet area. Would definitely stay again

The Europa Hotel has a lovely position right on the lake shore with beautiful views along the lake and down to Malcesine. It is far enough out of town to avoid most of the bustle but close enough to walk in to shop, eat or just take the view. The room was very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the lake. The hotel restaurant is a perfect alternative if you do not wish to try what Malcesine has to offer.

Really nice spot. Clean but could’ve been cleaner. The suite was incredible and a vibe with the nice balcony. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was great. Convenient location and walkable, front desk helped us set up a porter to carry our luggage to the train station.
