"The pictures they have posted her false advertisement they don’t even have bathrooms with the bathtubs at all. I booked a room two queen beds not handicapped they gave the room. I booked a way to somebody else and gave me the handicap room and that’s not what I booked when we got checked in as we got to the 18th floor. The fire alarm was going off. We went down 14 stair flights finally got on the elevator on the fourth floor walk to the counter and the ladies said it’s a false alarm so I was smoking weed up there got back up there. I was exhausted tired and pissed because not only did you give my room away you also advertise false information and is not what I expected"
